Mediclinic Inpatient Survey
Comprehensive patient experience feedback is vitally important to international private healthcare group, Mediclinic and their healthcare measurement partners, Press Ganey.
With the introduction of a new Patient Experience Survey, to be rolled out across the group’s worldwide operations and communicated to staff and patients from all walks of life, the partners needed a creative approach to launching the new initiative.
Knowing Sea Monster’s skill in problem-solving through animated visual storytelling, the group’s marketing agency, New Media Publishing, engaged with us to create both an introductory explainer video that could be used to launch the new initiative as well as character animations for the launch of theMediclinic’s PEI survey website which provides public case studies of the ongoing survey results.
Sea Monster worked with New Media Publishing and Now Boarding to develop the website with character animations that work to bring the complex results from the data gathered to live. Each key performance area of the hospital chains survey shows animated visuals that are easy for the public to understand, whilst putting the Mediclinic staff at ease with positive messaging that we created.
The website launched in May 2017 and Mediclinic is using the animated explainers across their social media platforms to draw awareness to the evaluation process and survey results. Giving patients a clear overview of the quality of service they should expect in their journey whilst in the care of the healthcare group.
